Once you have been registered for a class you have up to 24 hours to request a refund. After 24 hours we will accommodate you by offering another class date or time. We offer Morning, Evening and Weekend Classes.
Private lessons are prepaid prior to the start of your lesson. Students have 24 hours to cancel a private lesson request. After 24 hours refunds will not be allowed.
A $75.00 No Show fee will be charged for any BTW drive request missed, unless Best Driving Academy is notified by the student at least 24-hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Administrative Processing Fee: $50.00
This fee is charged to process any cancelation request.
Online Database Processing Fee: $50.00
This fee is charged to disenroll the student from the online database.
Request for student information: $25.00
This fee is charged to students that have moved to another state or wish to have their information sent to another school. The Administrative processing fee and online database cancelation fee will also apply.
Re-registration Fee: $100.00 will apply for:
Students who fail to complete the driver's education course during the class dates and times originally enrolled in.
This failure could be due to the following listed below:
Students who do not comply to MVA policy that if enrolled in the driver's education course students must attend all class dates and times. If more than two days of online driver's education training is missed students will have to be registered into another class date and time.
Misconduct/Behavior Issues Policy:
The following policy applies to any student that demonstrates disruptive behavior or who interferes with the classroom or online Drivers Education environment.
